1. Tractors must be weighed in and registered 30 min before start, no gas or weights allowed after weigh in.
2. Tractors must have stock type engines for stock class.
3. Stock class tractors cannot run over 4000 rpm, they will be checked.
4. Tractors must have seat, fenders, hood and guards for stock class.
5. Rubber tires only, no studs or chains.
6. Rear tires size cannot exceed 23 x 10.5 x 12, cut tires allowed. no cepek, pitbull or lawntec in stock class.
7. Must have wheelie bars, no spring devises. Minimum of 5 in from radius of rear tire and no lower than 5 in. off the ground.
8. Hitch must be no higher than 13 in. with 1-1/2 in. opening and 3-1/2 in. from radius of rear tire.
9. Rear weights must be no more than 24 in. from center of rear axle.
10. Front weights most be no more than 6 feet from center of rear axle.
11. All weights must be secured.
12. All tractors must be factory built, no home made tractors in stock class.
13. Throttle, stock type and gas pedals allowed.
14. All Tractors must have operating brakes.
15. No welded rear ends.
16. No bouncing or jerking, one hands on the wheel
17. Engines must look stock to the eye.
18. Tractors must have reverse.
19. No four wheel drive in stock class.
20. Pullers will get 2 attempts.
21. Pullers must obey flag man or be disqualified.
22. There will be four classes in stock, 0 to 14 h.p. 950 and 1150#, 15 to 20 h.p. 950 and 1150#
23. Entry fees will be $10.00 per class.
24. Minors must be 48 in. tall, and have parent or guardian present.
25. No mowing decks or other tools.
26. There will be no alcohol before or during pulls.
27. All tractors will be inspected.
28. All judges decisions are final in all classes.
29. There will be drivers meeting before all pulls start.

1. All tractors must have seat, fenders, hood, guards on belts and pulleys (unless they do not have them from the factory). All tractors must have garden tractor appearance. No FWD. no chains, half tracks, or duals. Rubber tires only. Garden tractor engines only. All engines must be naturally aspirated 2 cylinders max. No nitrous oxide, pressurized fuel tanks, no alcohol. Pump fuel only. Tractors must be in good mechanical condition. WORKING BRAKES ARE MANDATORY.
2. All tractors must be equipped with ridged wheelie bars able to support the weight of the tractor. The pad or wheel must be a minimum of 5" beyond the furthest point of the backside of the rear tire and a maximum of 5" off the ground.
3. Front weight cannot exceed 6' from center or rear axle. Front brackets extending 16" or further from center of front axle are not to exceed 16" from ground. Rear weight bracket cannot exceed 24" from center of rear axle. No wider than 4'6". Rear weight bracket cannot interfere with hitch or sled chain. Front brackets not to interfere with scale. Weights may be repositioned on false start or re-pull, while hooked to sled. Weights and seat may not move while tractor is in motion. A scale will be provided on site. Pullers must weigh before each weight class. Track officials may re-weigh and puller upon protest. All weight classes are a total of tractor, weights, and driver.
4. Hitch must have a 1.5" hole and a maximum of 13" height from platform. Anything lower is allowed. No portion of the tractor may interfere with sled or chain. all modified tractors must have break - away kill switch connectors on rear and front of tractors. The connector must have a minimum of 2" inside diameter. The kill switch shall kill the engine if the break - away connector is pulled off tractor.
5. The first puller is each weight class has the right to decline that pull and come back to the last position. The decision must be made before unhooking from sled. Puller must take distance of second pull. NO JERKING ALLOWED! Maximum time between pullers is 3 minutes. Obvious mechanical breakdowns will be moved to the last position in the class. If they still are not ready to compete, they will be disqualified. Entry fees will not be returned for any reason after the class they were paid for has started. A single tractor may pull twice in a class if a designated driver is named, or the shortest pull will be recorded, the other pull will be for exhibition. Each driver must pay entry fee. A single tractor may not take more than one place per class.
6. There will be a 30' false start line marked by cones. If front of sled is past cones, pull must be taken. Only one false start per tractor per class. ANY PART OF TRACTOR OUT OF BOUNDS, OR ANY WEIGHT OR PARTS FALLING OFF TRACTOR WHILE HOOKED TO SLED, WILL MEAN DISQUALIFICATION. TRACTOR WITH OBVIOUS DRIVELINE BREAK (IS DETERMINED BY COMMITTEE) WILL EARN PLACED IT FINISHED.
7. Flagman is in control of the pull, and stop the pull of forward motion has stopped, or he considers something unsafe. Flagman's decision is final. All rule interpretations shall be made by two ranking committee members Anyone with a major rule violation will be disqualified. If they have completed a pull, their money will not be refunded. Committee officials can call for a check of any tractor they feel is operating illegally. Protest fees are not required by officials.
8. Tear down protest consists of a deposit of $25 by the protester (anyone pulling in that class). Tear down consists of head removal only. The driver of the protested tractor, the tractor mechanic, and two committee officials may witness the tear down. The officials will determine if the engine is illegal. If the engine is found to be legal the puller forfeits the $25 deposit to the owner. If the engine is illegal the puller will forfeit all entry fees and winning for that tractor that day and the $25 will be returned to the protester. If found guilty, owner must pay $25 to the club and forfeit points for that class. (PROSTOCK AND MODS are exempt from this rule)
9. Helmets are required for pullers age 15 and under. all drivers must be able to operate the tractor in a safe manner, and be able to stop forward motion of their tractor at any given time with no assistance during their pulls, from flag to start, until tractor is stopped. (Exception, see stock rules #4) Driver must have one hand on steering wheel at all times and must stay in seat for duration of pull. Drivers meeting is manditory!
10. Points system is as follows, Showing up and pulling: 2 pts 1st place 30 pts 2nd place 25 pts 3rd place 20 pts 4th place on down gets 1pt per position.
11. If rules don't say you can, it probably means you can't.
